Comes from the Latin, Moob (man-boob),

A moober is someone (a man... usually) who, when running, there moobs bounce around.

Moobing is the act of running and your moobs bounce around.

To slowly walk with no particular purpose, barely aware that you are walking. Most commonly seen when browsing at products in a store, and often results in a collision with another person. It is less of walking, and more of shifting one's weight around.

I hate it when people mooze. Their minds are so wrapped up in what they see that they pay no attention to the fact that they're about to knock someone over.
