RHS better known as Random Hardness Syndrome is a syndrome where one (usually a male) gets hard at any random time during day. There is sadly no cure.....

Male 1: "Bro I heard Carl got RHS in front of his crush."

Male 2: "Damm that's crazy."

Alternatively: "/rt". A tone tag for "rhetorical" or "rhetorical question". It's used as an indicator that the question included in a text/tweet/post/etc isn't asking for an answer but rather is a statement intended for dramatic effect or to prove a point.
