Dubai

A friggin rich city. Unlike any dumb people who say it's economy is based on oil, barely ANY of it is based on that. It's mostly real estate, private banking, and world trade.

Huge and crazy projects are being built, like the Burj Dubai. It will be 900 metres (3 times the Eiffel Tower) high.

"Let's go build a second Eiffel Tower, Pyramid, and Tower of London! In the desert! Hooray!" - dubai real estate.

Don't believe me? Just visit the damn place.

Dubai is the trading centre of the Middle East, and is the most liberal Islamic city/emirate there is.

when a girl decides she wants to have some fun. she invits people over to play dubalackinu. dubalackinu is the game, in which a girl must quickly, but forcefully humps every single object in the room(includes animate, and inanimate) must be played with over 10 players, and 15 toys. only for enjoyment

To become dubaiified (verb)

When a person or persons have been exposed to a place or community of great financial wealth, usually but not limited to, a long period of time.

Their is observable change in their ideals, perspective or attitude, leading to snobbery, disdainfulness and increased materialism(in a non metaphysical sense).

Have you seen Peter recently ? Yeah he is well, but has become somewhat dubaiified.

Burj Dubai

The old name of the tower Burj Khalifa located in the city of Dubai. The name was changed as Dubai were low on funds and recieved money from Abu Dhabi. The ruler of Abu Dhabi is Sheikh Khalifa after which the tower is renamed.

Wow, Burj Dubai is so much more taller than i expected!
