Ham Donuts are an intersting species of donut. They at one point in their life consumed a pig or boar and became infused with the power(and flavor) of ham. These donuts used to be one of the strongest of the donut race, but now they are nearly extint and considered to be a myth.

Ham Rebush

To insert a ham with bone into a cavity (ass or vagina) and remove the bone leaving the ham in place. This provides a re-sizing of the "over stretched" orifice to a "like new" diameter.
