slang term for a man whose penis size is really small. This unfortunate size of the penis results in extreme lonliness, severe depression, and thoughts of suicide. Felikians can found sitting in corners wearing hoodies to cover their face. On the rare occasion of having friends it turns out the Felikian can be a chill dude
