Though frequently referred to as simply “Ted”, Tedarico Villalobos was the founder of Circus Design Solutions (CDS), a driving force behind the grassroots pro-speciesist movement. CDS was originally founded as a pet store in Manila, Philippines in 1974. In 1993, CDS reincorporated in mainland California as a space weapons technology engineering subcontractor. Ted’s famous and most popular catchphrase was “CDS, this is Ted.”

Ted arguably donated his life to CDS for the animals of today and the future.
