Moo State

A nickname for Mississippi State sports teams (primarily football), due to their fan's tendency to ring cowbells at football games. The cowbell tradition began to appear as early as the 1930s, and was banned from 1974-2010. Starting in 2011, SEC rules now allow limited ringing of them at football games.

When you take an electric air pump and put aluminum foil to make a bowl piece on the suction end of the air blower and light th weed and hot box the room or car. The term state box comes from the popular Instagram page “Do It For State” people submit they’re crazy partying videos and pictures.

John: “look, they’re state boxing. We should try that and see if it works”

State Night

A state night is basically a "stay at home date night" where two partners (husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, etc) decide to stay at home, cook themselves a fancy dinner, maybe some wine and dessert, and enjoy a nice meal together and spend time at home without going out. A state night can involve meal + movie at home or other type of romantic, intimate fun. A state night doesn't have any rules except for one, stay at home and have yourselves a date night.

Hey guys, what are you two doing Friday night, any big plans?

Not really. We're thinking about having a state night, grill some steaks and corn, bake some potatoes, a nice bottle of wine and maybe a movie.

State of them

Defining someone who looks awful and you regard them as hideous, this is how they are looking making them stand out. They probably think they look good but everyone else thinks of them as a “state”. This could also be someone been drunk at a party and falling over everywhere. It really is just describing someone who is showing lack of care to themselves or other people and wether they know it or not is something for them to figure out.
