Keeper

A slang term for fans of the Keeper of the Lost Cities series, often shortened to kotlc. Keepers are very passionate about their fandom and ships and will get VERY angry over whether ice blue or teal is a better eye color. Keepers are very divided by who they ship with the main character.

"That guy just saw my teal eyes and attacked me!"
"Yeah, he's a Keeper."
"What?? He's terrifying!"
"Keeper as in he reads Keeper of the Lost Cities."

Kaepernicked

A person who has been fired or ostracized for unpopular political views. Deriving from the NFL football player Colin Kaepernick who took a public stand against police brutality and was later unable to be signed to continue as a player.

That company that was boycotted for it's post about the election really got Kaepernicked.
