Tennessee washup is a girl who is a mix of stupid and sleazy. Nobody likes her, and those who do are just as stupid as her. She doesnt have to be from Tennessee to merit this name.

Girls who are Tennessee Washups are usually really thin and think the world revolves around them and usually do stupid things or make ignorant claims to make themselves look funny, smart, or cute when all it gets her is negative attention like grimaces and cringes.
