Various meanings depending on context. Some are; to leave somewhere, to go into town and also to hang around outside a closed key-cutting shop offering to sell keys at extortionate prices to people in dire need of them.

ticket tout

A person who asks people for their unexpired transit tickets and resells them to people for less money so they can save on the cost of a ticket which is an illegal practice.

I just saw a guy selling used tickets get kicked out of the bus station by security for being a ticket tout.

THE D TOUT

The D Tout is the act involving an unattractive fat chick who tries to use an attractive males' inebriation as a vehicle to take advantage of him sexually. This usually doesn't happen when the male is just buzzed, this usually happens when he is blackout drunk.

Person 1 "How was your New Years Eve party? Did ya fuck with any hoes?
Person 2 "Yo, don't even ask. I fuckin woke up buck naked the next morning and there was a girl's pair of jeans next to me that I could have used as a parachute!"
Person 1 "Damn bro. You got The D Tout!"

Person 1 "What you doin tonight playa? Ima go get fuckin hammered at the bar down down the street and try to bring home some bitch.. It's 3 dollar whiskey shots until midnight! You should come on up"
Person 2 " Nah man, I gotta stay home with my girlfriend, she says I go out too much. But hey, don't get too fucked up. You don't wanna bring home some heifer and get The D Tout!"

Touta Matsuda

Touta Matsuda also known as Taro Matsui is a character in an anime/manga Death Note. He is a member of the japanese police and the kira task force. He isn`t like others as he isn`t as experianced as the other officers. He seems to be lacking behind the others, but proves worthy of a gun after shooting Light Yagami aka Kira. Matsuda isn`t treated as nice as he should be treated and is looked down on, therefore causing his actions at the Yotsuba group; only after being " Misa`s manager. " His actions at Yotsuba only lead him into almost getting killed by Kira at the time, which happened to be Higuchi. Therefore Matsuda seems to be a clutz when having to fake his death by " falling " out of a window. Matsuda seems to be a huge fan of Misa Amane and seems to be devestated after losing the role of her manager. He also seems to have a crush on Light`s sister Sayu Yagami; but Mr. Yagami disproves and says that Sayu will never be allowed to date a police officer. Matsuda`s birthday, which is probably unimportant to most is December 14th.

Funeral Touting

Also known as Canvassing is the unscrupulous practice of haggling with bereaved persons on the price of funerals outside of hospitals, the house of mourning, sites of accidents and deathbeds in hospitals.

That man standing over there approached me at my mother's deathbed to discuss the price of her funeral. I think he is funeral touting!
