An acronym for "Passive Asian Male Syndrome"

While PAMS does not apply to every asian male and can also apply to men of other ethnic groups, PAMS indicates a lack of initiative, particularly in romantic relationships.

PAMS can be a failure to approach, a failure to define the relationship, a failure to break up, etc
