People use it to show they’re from the northside, or just to agree with someone. Basically means the same thing as “okay” or another way to day you agree with something.

Example 1:

Guy 1 - you seen that smut from the hill? Shes ugly as hell always on a new dick
Guy 1 - Gz bro shes a ho
