Videos you'll find on YouTube that feature a combination of satisfying visual and audio triggers for relaxation purposes. Note that 'trigger' here means anything that makes you get tingles (some people call it the 'chills').

Note that ASMR videos do not include Mukbang, nor does it include mic licking (since it is mostly done with sexual intent).
