Mac Miller Diet 

a diet for people of a younger age (late teens/college kids). Its popularity has come about from references in songs by mac miller, particularly senior skip day. It consists mostly of waffles topped with scrambled eggs (due to a lack of syrup), cream cheese bagels, and eggos with milk. combinations of koolaid and frozen pizza and smoking weed and eating yogurt are also very popular choices of people using this diet.

debt diet 

You are officially on a debt diet when you repitdly use phrase "Given the state of the economy...." or even simpler "I can't go out, I'm fucking broke."

Your budget constrains you to the essentials: Gas, Food, Weed. You have even backed off the dollar menu, because lets face it, even chicken nuggets are $1.19 at Wendy's now, and they charge for extra bbq sauce.

You have been reduced to eating salad, cold cuts and cereal, and live for free bagel Monday's at work.

Cigs? Forget it, you look for 2nd hand smoke.

You break down everything you do into dollar and cents.

"Hey lets go downtown tonight for drinks"

"What are you nuts!? 5 bucks a beer and 2.70 for a gallon of gas."
"I thought you were losing weight, I didnt know it was because of a debt diet!"

Heart Healthy Diet 

A diet mostly mirroring the Nathan Pritikin diet (who ended up committing suicide) which focuses on low fat, low protein, and high carbohydrate foods. Very popular among the US medical industry for boosting the sales and funding of pharmaceuticals.

The cause, rather than solution to America's health problems. Great for pussy metro fags and gullible fucktwits.

Conversation steers towards old men discussing the statins and Viagra that their doctors put them on...The older men continue to eat their crappy processed "food".
