How to use Signal for
Help/540 Gesture:
1. Make sure you or
people around you are the violence victim (either physically, mentally/verbally, or sexually)
2. Record yourself doing this continuous hand gestures in order:
A. First, put your hands up with palms facing to camera (
Hi-5)
B. And then, tuck your thumb while your palms facing to camera (
Hi-4)
C. Next,
fold your fingers down, symbolically trapping your thumb while your palms facing to the camera (fist up)
3. Share the detail of violence, including the name of perpetrator(s), but
don't share the name of victim(s) unless it happens to you or you want to report it to the law enforcement through private message
