Insult used by vehicular cyclists to describe novice cyclists and bicycle facility advocates who cycle in the street gutter because they fear being run over by cars.

The sparkly stuff Ke$ha's obsessed with singing about and putting on face. Also thrown around everywhere in the "Take It Off" video and what Katy Perry sang in her song "Last Friday Night." Can be used to throw in your enemies' eyes and make a dazzling getaway.

Ex. 3: Sane Kid: "I don't trust them."
Ke$ha: "It's okay, I have glitter."

Gutter Rat

A broke, ruthless, and pathetic person, more commonly found to be a female who's number one goal is to use others for tangible goods. He/she will pray on any unsuspecting person in places such as clubs, school, or even church, befriend them and use them until they have nothing left to give.

This person may also be known by the terms: leech, mooch, golddigger, and scrub.

"I can't believe that hot chick just gave me her number!" ... "Man, don't call that gutter rat. She's only gave it to you because she knows your mom gives people free buddy passes."

I don't know why she wont just kick him out once and for all. All he does is eat all her food and use her for her deluxe internet/cable bundle. Total gutterrat if you ask me!

glitter bomb

Gay variation on a pie in the face. Used to protest homophobic or anti-gay legislators by surprising them with a burst of glitter, which is very irritating to clean up.

NOTE: In this case, pie in the face is not a sexual euphemism but literal, such as the pie Anita Bryant's face got for her homophobic attention-seeking in an early precursor to glitter bombing.

His bill letting gay renters be denied equal rights has earned him a face full of sparkle. We'll glitter bomb him at the Divine Wrath Rally tomorrow night. And his little dog too. Muhahahaha.
