To observe people through windows at night, going about their lives. Like dogging only they don't know you're there & sex isn't always involved.

Like one of those strip booths, only it's a window on a house.

I was out catting last night, watched these kids play on their N64 for a while, then after they went to bed, their parents did it on the floor in front of the TV.
