Another name for African American, or "Black", people. Usually used as a racial slur.

Steve: Hey, have you seen that movie "Radio?"
Jim: I have, I didn't really like it.
Steve: Why didn't you like it?
Jim: I just don't understand why people would make a movie about a retarded Sea-otter.
