Güero

Whitey or white person. A term used towards white people, typically used in Latin culture to speak down to a white person. While not always derogatory, the word is typically used in a condescending manner intended to belittle the subject and elevate the person speaking.

It is commonplace in Mexican culture to use Güero in place of Gringo (which is directly derogatory) or vice versa.

Mexican slang for a blonde or fair skinned person. May be used as derogatory term, but more usually it may be used as a descriptive adjective or even as a compliment (specially when someone's trying to sell you something).
