Complitack

V: Mixture of a compliment and an attack. Can be used to compliment someone for having a high amount of ability in an undesirable trait or simply to serve as a sarcastic way to tell someone how terrible they are.

This is similar to the "grandma-burn" an insult from your grandmother that is typically delivered in a very sweet tone, and followed by fresh baked cookies.
Examples of "Complitacks" include (but are not limited too)

I LOVE how you can lie about something and feel no remorse. Congrats!
