Refers to a sniper rifle in a video game, assuming the player using it can successfully slay opponents by primarily using head shots. See "Blane".

A person who has a huge case of dyslexia that it cannot be personally diagnosed by a basic doctor.

They cannot spell or tell the difference between the following:

Buffoon, they, their, they’re your and you’re.
