The mo-lester is a fascinating creature. The mo-lesters father is usually involved with being a nonce however this is wrong as he is actually a nonce not involved with them. This creature is training to be a predator himself.

The sayin as I know it comes from the show In Living Color. In one of the skits, Homeboy Shopping Network, the two actors are always telling you how you can save money. When the skit was shown, it became a very popular phrase.
