A weird or socially rejected child. You often find them shopping at stores like hot topic and dying their hair funny colors, wearing excessive black and neon colors, and/or rolling around on floors.

They often look like idjits and appear to be lost in some kind of stage. Most Twisted kids are extremely immature.
They like to think their life is unbearable, and often times you find cuts on their arms.
Also, they like to pretend they are weird things like vampires or witches.
