Someone who is smarter than luck, smarter than genius and smarter than brilliance. Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates all fall in this category. Anti is a negative word, genius is a positive word which makes it a double negative.

Elon Musk is going to Mars, that man is anti-genius.

when a person actually has a stroke that parallelizes them completely but through their new found debilitation they find the time to learn great deals of information and become a genius.
