Saikarie

An animal that specializes in hiding in plain sight, usually found in the tall grass or flower fields.

The saikarie wears a mask with no eyes, it's constantly moving its head from side to side to get better view of its world, and because of this its able to hide from predators by turning invisible but it has to be standing in place for this trick to work.

Saikaries are ankle biters so watch out or you might just get your ankles snatched.
