New Castle Fever is a serious medical condition in which a female becomes attracted to a male from New Castle, Pennsylvania. The disease is characterized by a strong desire to be around the New Castle male (hallmark symptom), flushing of the face, and an acute fever. New Castle Fever is becoming increasingly prevalent, with the highest incidence in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio.
