Sympathy friend

That one friend of your's that you're not very close with that constantly bugs you to hangout with them. If they see pictures of you and your friends on Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat they'll guilt trip you for not inviting them out with your friends. Typically, they're a last resort when it comes to inviting friends over. If your closer friends have plans, then you hangout with your "sympathy friends". You don't really like them much because they're either really annoying, obnoxious, offensive, rude, maybe even notorious for spreading lies, drama and/or probably eating all your food and drinking all your drinks in your house. Your close friends and your parents probably don't really like them either and probably agree that they shouldn't be invited over to your house ever again. But sometimes you kinda feel sorry for them that they're bored and friendless and junk. So you invite them over every once and a while. But when you do bring them over, you make sure they don't stay for too long. As a result, you try to shoo them away subtly after a couple of hours of hanging out with them and try your hardest not to punch them in the face when they say or do something really shitty.

Me: Aw man. All of our besties are out of town for the weekend, who else do you think would hangout with us?
Your friend: Ugh your sympathy friends probably aren't doing anything right now.

Me: Ugh noooooo I don't wanna hangout with them.
Your friend: But if you don't and they see pics of us online then they'll get mad
Me: Ugh fine I'll call them.

It happens when one side/the affected limb, etc., can't take the bruises, bumps (the beating), anymore, and instead of pain going away, it keeps repeating itself. The result of numbness, tingling pain, stiffness, tremors (shaking of the limb), color changes in the skin, temerature changes in the affected limb, and more.

It can also cause insomnia, migranes, nausia, etc.

To cut it short:

A pain in the ass.

Symp

A term most likely evolved from the word "Sympathy," it's used to described the action of reading, listening, or watching things meant to make a person feel a certain emotion, particularly sadness. Most commonly, creating a playlist of songs you know will make you cry, and then listening to it until you're a sobbing wreck.

Person: "Sometimes, I think the only way I can feel things anymore is by symping."

Person 1: "Yeah, I just listened to sad songs until I cried myself to sleep."
Person 2: "Oh, so you mean you were symping?"

Person 1: "You mean people make playlist specifically to feel sad? I don't do that."
Person 2: "What do you mean? EVERYONE has a symp list."

If your account has too much traffic (damn people, go outside), your download speed goes from 400 to 200 and then to 20.

They only use the cheapest wireless routers. SpeedStream 6520 is supposed to broadcast to 30 meters. Oh really? Actually its more like 10, no walls.

You like free movies? Free music? Well we DON'T! Sympatico has a nice habbit to slow all torrent P2P traffic to 30 after 6. Mrrmm..

Anyways, don't take rogers, they usually watch your downloads and send letters if you visited PirateBay too often.
