Percheron

The most wonderful breed of horse. They are a type of draft horse that is usually black or grey. They originated in France and are now used in everything from riding to pulling plows and carriages.

"That black horse over there is really pretty, must be a percheron!"

Five Percenter's

It is the elite club of whipped workhorses when sales are down in your industry.

Initiation:

The staff is already too small to cut from, so corporate will take five percent of your pay to offset what they call "loss"

Technically, it's not a loss at all.

Just less profit for those already lining their pockets with your grocery money.

Considered communism.

Everyone could still win, but won't.

CEO: We've had to make a hard decision today. Sales are down. To make up for it, everyone will take a 5% cut in pay until further notice. We will do this as a whole. Everyone is important to the team. We are a company of people. People are our biggest resource. Without our people, we are nothing.

Workhorses: So we're all now five percenter's. At least we still have jobs.

CEO: Fire one person from each market.

Workhorses: What an ass.

Somebody who is less than one tenth Indian, Asian, black, Hispanic, or anything else trying to be a part of the club.

Indian guy- You will never be one of us round eyes, you are no red man, you don't belong.

1 percenter-All right gimme that pipe, Ill smoke it, Ill do whatever you want.

Indian guy-I didn't say you could hit this, hitting the pipe doesn't make you one of us. You have to blow up every one of the round eyes bikes to be in the red man club, if you don't do it you get hurt round eyes.

1 percenter-Could I hit the pipe a little before I get started on the bikes? I'm a little nervous.
