A word game which has gained much popularity through the radio show Loveline with Dr. Drew & Psycho Mike. It is also accompanied with the theme music of epic sax guy.

The game is played by giving clues for two words which aren't necessarily related, but MUST rhyme. A true stinky pinky willl also have the same amount of syllables.

Etymology: Derives from the meaning that children wear diapers, thus they are"stinky butts".
