The tendency/ability of someone to eat anything quickly and voraciously. May be general or pertaining only to specific foods. Cheese goatitude is the tendency/ability of someone to eat any cheese with extreme haste.

"John Blyth, eat that like a human being!" she screamed, mindful of his extreme goatitude and big sharp teeth.

A term used by 'gentlemen' to describe/cover up ungentlemanly (normally seedy) behaviour.

Can also be used as a verb - to gent

Wife - "you better not be going to that 24 hour massage parlour again!"
Husband - "of course not dear I'm just off genting."

The process by which an established, traditionally Jewish neighborhood changes demographically due to an influx of non-Jewish young urban hipsters.

A classic example of gentilification is the displacement of Hasidic Jewish residents and/or cultural influence from the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn as a wave of young edgy new residents and visitors has taken hold.
