The act of passing gas while coughing. To fart and cough simultaneously.

My coworker had a horrible cold. One day he sat in a chair and propped his feet on my desk. As he began an uncontrollable coughing fit he "carfted" in his chair.

Carsten

Carsten, or Karsten, is a name that depicts the literal meaning of shit. Its use is widespread across the world as a synonym for human feces. Over the years the word has also been used in the context of vomit, among other gross phenomenons.

The verb suffixes of those imply one is rewarding or denying the other,

from'tend', meaning to act as an attendant + -er to make it the same verb noun
