Carfenties 

Street slang for Carfentanyl, an opioid typically used to tranquilize large animals.

Is often laced in other drugs such as heroin to increase potency, but greatly increases risk of overdose. It is an analogue of fenties, but can be 100 times more toxic .
Always test your supply! Nowadays, drugs aren't only being contaminated with Fenties, but Carfenties, which pose an even higher health risk.
