aawtiymns is an acronym that stands for: afk and wait till its your magic number simulator.
you should never play this game unless you want to inflict self-pain. What the game is about is that you choose a card (ranging from 000 to 999) and then wait for a random (singular) number to be called up every 45 seconds. if you fail you get an attempt. attempts can be used for exclusives items such as the "uno card" or the "good boy" which can also be traded in for items in DABS.
