Tootieboo can refer to the sexual organ of such a female as well. Tootieboo tends to be more playful and less intellegent than Coodyboo; however, they are not usually ignorant by any means. Most tootieboo has yet to sow their wild oats and can seem an easier target to land in the sack- even if they possess a boyfriend. They always get your attention.
