A person whose behaviour and attitude holds back the progress of the human race while eroding social solidarity. This person is often unemployable (or at least seldom employed), rude, and unable or unwilling to participate in accepted social norms.

My half-brother's father-in-law is a degenerate scumbag who does drugs and complains about women.
