Poomsae

The patterns form of the Taekwondo Martial Art discipline. Poomsae is a combination of blocks and kicks resembling a fight containing attacking and defensive motions. Poomsae is a G4 level sport having been present in the Pan American and Asian Games, it also will see its Olympic Debut in 2028 as a trial event.
