A gym going male, of any age, who exercises only the body parts seen in the front of the body, such as the chest and biceps. In a single workout, each body part exercised consists of about 10 sets and the repetitions range from 5-8. One usually wears some sort of muscle shirt or t-shirt with the sleeves cut off. They often hit the gym at peak times and also before going to a club or bar. Flexing these select muscle groups in front of the mirror at the gym is a common ritual.

When a person in a reclined position, farts in such a way as to roll up the front, and gas themself in the face. Particaraly experienced by women who have no natural barrier, i.e. Balls.

fronts and bumps

Another saying for traffic.

Sitting in traffic, all you see are fronts and bumpers of cars, shorten that and you have "fronts and bumps".

Can also be used to describe anything unsatisfactory.
"Sorry I was late, it was all fronts and bumps on 101."

"Man, this party is all fronts and bumps. Let's get out of here."

Front-story

Purposefully creating a large chunk of back-story which has a different tone to a character's defined personality in order to justify a sudden change in behaviour. Often when a character is about to be written out of a TV series.
They just added a load of front-story to her character, she's obviously going to be written out.

Tonight's episode brought in a whole load of front-story.
