Murtough List

A list of things that a person of a certain age is to old for. Named after Murtough from the Lethal Weapon movies who keeps saying, "I'm getting to old for this stuff." Also this list is made famous by the T.V. show 'How I Met Your Mother'.

Nic: "So I just got done throwing water balloons from the top of the building."
Tyler: "Dude, we're getting to old for that."
Nic: "What do you mean?"
Tyler: "I think it needs to go on the Murtough List."

A list of people that, if you could, you would slap for doing or saying something stupid, shady, unrealistic, or being unnecessarily dramatic.

My boss waited until the last minute to give me a project and now wants me to cancel my trip. He is now number 1 on my slap list.

Person 1: I went to Subway and asked for a veggie sub and the lady asked me if I wanted lettuce.
Person 2: Put her on the slap list.

More commonly used as "the list".
