A place a bunch of yuppies move to, to think they live in the "country" and complain about everything. The slowest driving place you'll ever drive in your life. Nosey ass neighbors and dogs/cats running around like a fuckin petting zoo. Deer are suicidal, they're dead on the road everywhere. Did we mention slow driving?

A Quarter Way Crook is a half of a Halfway Crook. A Quarter Way Crook is so fake and unreal, he doesn't deserve the title of a Halfway Crook.
