Caleb was born July 13, 2002. Sadly at the age of 13 Caleb passed away suddenly from a rare heart condition called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy on October 1st 2015 at 7:08 PM. He was an amazing person, he was a loving brother and son, and he was extremely funny. Caleb played baseball and was number 7.
