British, sigular - short for 'comprehensive school'. State school system or chain of open prisons depending on whether you're a politician or actually live near/work in/ go to these shit holes. A process by which bright, intelligent, lively, inquisitive children are miseducated into sullen, stupid, violent, bored young adults ready for a life in front of the TV, so they can buy products for the rest of their lives until they die having accomplished....nothing.

Comp Time

Time off work, that is awarded for time worked outside of regular working hours instead of being payed overtime.

This may or not may actually exist, depending on Standard Operating Procedures. Could be replaced with Supervisory Discretionary Time Away From the Office (SDTAFO).

If you work on Saturday, you will be awarded one day of Comp Time so you can take off next Friday instead.

or

Comp Time does not exist for you, because you are a salaried employee.

compalining

It is where Sarah Palin complains how unfair she is treated by the Liberal gotcha media. She does her best to avoid this by only answereing pre-approved questions and topics in front of friendly media interviews, like the Fox news Channel.

Sarah Palin had first compalining in front of the national media when Katie Couric asked her tough unfair sexist questions like :

What books and magazines do you read?

Can you explain the Bush doctrine (even though she wholely supports it)?

Can you name the three countries in North America? In regaurds to NAFTA.

Or any other question that is well beyond her intellegence, she has not been coached for by the Republican national Committee, but still easy enough for any contestant to answer on the t.v. game show "Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader?"
