The act of using Outlook or other calendar programs to determine if someone is in the office, busy, or just ignoring you. Typically through creating a draft meeting and adding their names.

I hadn't heard back from Jim today, so I engaged in a little calendar stalking to see if he was busy or just ignoring me.
