Someone acting in an unneccessary manner. Not caring if their act will uopset someone else.

Cutting someone off for no reason then slowing down in front of them would be classified as botchalism.

botchalee

A brand new drug that is sweeping across the scene and making its name in hoods around America. The drug is extremely potent, and and leaves one with a tingling feeling reverberating across their entire body.

In Jay Z and Kanye Wests hit, "Gotta Have It," the two reference the drug in the chorus exclaiming, "BOTCHALEEE, BOT BOTCHALEEE I GOT, BOTCHALEE, BOT BOTCHALEE." These two rappers on top of the game can't hide their excitement at the fact that they have some botchalee.
