Cecilia

Cecilia is a smart girl who always smiles. She talks often but is good in class. She is a rebel, with or without a cause. She tries to be herself, tries to be honest, tries to be kind, and tries to ignore when people make fun of her. She loves crowds and is a very good friends. She will always be there when you need it. She often has lots of nicknames. She knows how to spell obscure words and can use them in a sentence as well. She is okay when you spell her name wrong. Cecelia

Cecelia is a beautiful gift of nature. She has a good sense of humour, wits, and a trust in you that can't be broken. cracks in the ceiling panels

In the male (and possibly female) restrooms of high schools, cheap ceiling panels can be pushed aside. This allows students to climb up into the ceiling (usually by using the handles in the handi-capped stall) where they can smoke weed during lunch. Should not be attempted by students over 300 pounds.
