A musical genre that includes everytype of music. This is usually a sarcastic response given when some lame scenester asks what type of music you listen to after listing 20+ genres that may or maynot exist.

Scenester: Yeah so I listen to gothcore, disco ska, plip hop, darkwave, lightwave, gabber, and science rock. So what kind of music are you into?

Sarcastic nonscenester: Music core.

Mini-Core 

Typically 12 - 13 year old Middle School boys and girls who have become enveloped in the "Hardcore Scene". Often seen wearing band shirts, sporting guaged ears, handing out papers with Myspace URL's pre- written, and attending local hardcore shows. They also love hitting on band members almost twice their age.

hollywood-core 

Some one who acts as if they are hard core but, when confronted will back down easily.

Nock-core 

Cannock, a small, poor, ex-mining town in Staffordshire, UK. Nockcore is often used in reference to an inhabitant of the aforementioned place.

Craig-core

Also can be refered to as soulcore. It is a soft song (usually acoustic) with loud and powerful vocals and has a very distinct, scratchy tone.

Examples of craig-core bands include Craig Owens, Jonny Craig, Icarus Account, Isles and Glaciers, etc.

Sinmi core is a new aesthetic. This aesthetic is for people who like to act quirky, not like other girls/boys, emo, dirty minded, and more. The typical outfit a Sinmi core person would a pair of grey sweatpants and some hoodie on a slow boring day, but Sinmi core people don’t mind dressing to impress someone.
