n. a derogatory term (normally targeted at women) used to describe someone's asthetic displeasure.

eg..

Tom: Have you seen John's girlfriend?
Giles: Yeah! Boy does she snuffle for truffles!

Sarah: Have you seen that girl Jenny?
Emma: Hell yeah! She's a Truffle Snuffler!
