a derogatory term used in place of douche-bag, lends an air of immaturity to the insulted, can backfire and make the insulter sound retarded, use with caution.

John replaced the medium sized Trojans Chad had in his drawer, with Safeway brand Extra-Small. When Chad brought home a soroity girl and brought out the package, she thought that wrapping would be too small for her pleasure. She left and he had to masterbate by himself.
