Creamers are typically the ones who Would walk on the sidewalk and as you pass along riding a bike they would make you go around them, despite how tired you look. They usually have a large amount of money, which adds to the fact that they think themselves as higher rank than anyone else who is different then them. However, a large amount of money isn't needed to be a creamer, just simply the attitude and pride.
