another name for the town of trumbull, connecticut. aka, the trashiest, dumpiest town in southern connecticut. the girls wear bump-its and push up bras to school daily, and love taking "mirror pics". They also enjoy talking crap about and starting fights with people they don't know, especially the St. Hoes girls. The guys in scumbull are your typical douche bags who smoke too much weed.
