Rivals Skyler as the most hatable character in the Breaking Bad universe. Didn't allow his brother Jimmy into HHM (Hamlin Hamlin McGill) because he was jealous of him. Michael McKean even admits that he thinks Chuck is an asshole but he does an absolutely fantastic job playing him, particularly in Season 3 Episode 5 (Chicanery )of Better Call Saul.
